Like many things in life that have become the new normal, you will notice that Neoderma too has adapted. Our staff is closely adhering to public health directives and we will be requiring the same of our patients. Adherence is therefore crucial to maintain the safety and health of everyone. The measures and updated protocol we are enforcing are all in place to ensure you are safe when coming in for treatment. Please take note of the following measures we have updated:

MEDICAL GRADE AIR FILTERS

HyperHEPA filters are now being used in the waiting area/treatment rooms which can filter ultrafine particles down to 0.003 microns (10X smaller than a virus).

PHYSICAL DISTANCING

We will no longer allow walk-ins and not more than one person is permitted in each room. Refrain from stepping over taped areas. We will maintain a strict physical distancing rule of 6 feet (2 meters), except between you and your treatment provider who will be dressed in PPE garments. You may not be able to see our smiling faces behind our face shields and masks, but our smiles are still there!

SANITIZING & DISINFECTING

We will continue to disinfect equipment like we always have, and in addition also frequently disinfect high touch areas like doorknobs, tablets, and tables.

ARRIVAL AND ENTRY

When you arrive, kindly wait in the parking lot until your scheduled time. Kindly ring the doorbell outside the front entrance door and stand in the marked circle so we can confirm and escort you inside. When you come in you will be required to wear a mask and wash your hands. If you do not own a face mask, we have disposable ones available for $1.00 at the door. This fee will be added to your invoice during check out. We will also check your temperature using an Infrared Non-Contact Thermometer. Once you are granted entrance, you will be directed towards the restroom to wash your hands prior to checking in.

APPOINTMENT TIME

To minimize risk of exposure, we will abide by a strict one person per provider rule and will have a one-in one-out rule of entry. To minimize contact points, if you arrive earlier than your appointment time, kindly call or text (714) 533-4777 and let our front desk know you have arrived early so they can notify you if you can come in or should wait in the car while another patient is preparing to leave. If we do not answer your request to come in early we need you to wait inside your vehicle until your appointment time. On your way into the clinic, if you happen to see someone on the walkway please allow the person to pass and give them at least 6 feet distance when passing. Since we can no longer have assistants help during medical treatments, we ask that you be on time so we don’t delay other patients.

NO PERSONAL BELONGINGS INSIDE

Patients will only be allowed to bring in what can fit in their pockets. For example, your cellphone, form of payment, and car keys must be kept at all times in your pockets. Personal items like bags, water bottles, personal computers can no longer be brought inside. This is to minimize contamination, so please be sure to enter Neoderma hydrated especially since summer months are warmer.

NO GUESTS

Since patients are only allowed into our facility, we ask that your companions drop you off or stay in the vehicle if they wish to wait for you. Unfortunately, we can no longer accept any other guests nor children with you. These measures all in place to allow us to control the flow of people in and out of Neoderma.

DELAYS

If a patient is still checking out during your arrival, we may text you to wait until leaving your vehicle, to ensure you are able to maintain physical distancing.

TOUCHLESS PAYMENT

We offer non-touch payments and recommend you activate ApplePay, Google Wallet, Samsung Pay, etc on your cellphone prior to coming in.

Provide Profile Photo

Your photo will only be used in your chart for staff to identify you outside the facility prior to entry. If staff cannot identify you, you won’t be allowed inside since walk-ins won’t be granted entry.
